One New Staffing Customer Could Pay For This Many Times Over.

Know where the demand is. Put your team on it. Pay for the ground you cover, not for the number of people using the tool.

demandPILOT finds the facilities on your ground that are showing staffing demand, ranks the best opportunities, and turns that into one weekly plan on your team’s screens. What it is, and a week of using it →

What one new account is worth
One nursing home taking two nurse aides and one LPN a week 60 hrs
At a $30 bill rate, billed revenue a week $1,800
Across a month, about 4.3 weeks of it $7,800
At about a 26% gross margin, a month $2,000+
The largest region on the card, a month $1,200

One account, and you are ahead of it before you win a second.

Illustrative. What a month actually returns depends on your own bill and pay rates, the hours the facility takes, and how many weeks it takes them.

REGION

Every state in one region and every market in it — not only the ones you work today. Priced on how much agency nursing is bought inside it, region by region. The nine and their prices are listed below.

NATIONAL

Every nursing home in America, every region, one price — and the ceiling on everything else: your regions added up never cost more than this.

ONE STATE

Just your own state, cut to where your people actually recruit and built to order. Priced on how much agency nursing that state buys.

Quoted — usually back the same day

No per-seat fees  ·  Billed monthly  ·  Stop any month  ·  Setup $250 once, waived on a twelve-month agreement

Why a single state is quoted rather than listed. A region is standing today — you can scope it, price it and start it yourself before breakfast. A single state is cut to your own recruiting ground and built to order, so the honest thing is to look at your map first and send you a number, which comes back with the facility count and the agency demand behind it. Nothing is owed for the quote, and nothing you pay for a state is bought twice if you take the region around it later. Ask for a state quote →
The nine regions

The Nine Regions, And What Each One Costs.

The price of each region is set by the share column: that region’s slice of all the nursing hours bought from staffing agencies in America last quarter, from the facilities’ own federal filings. You pay for the size of the prize. More than 3 million hours is $1,200, 1.3 to 3 million is $1,000, under 1.3 million is $800 — and whichever you take, it covers every state in that region, not only the ones you came for.

What you are buying is ground, not seats. The product is built in markets — one town or city and the licensed facilities around it your caregivers can actually get to. You do not buy them one at a time: you tell us which states you want to see, and the intake tells you which region covers them, every market in it, the ones you work now and the ones you open later. If the states you name straddle two regions it quotes both, each at its own price, and your regions added up never come to more than the $3,600 the whole country costs.
Your region is carved to where your people can get to, not to a state line. Tell us where you actually recruit and your markets are cut to match — which is why two agencies in the same state can hold different maps. If you are opening a market and want to see the demand before you hire into it, that is the conversation we most want to have.
Why you should pay for it

The Cost Of demandPILOT Is Easy To Calculate. What Is A Missed Customer Costing You?

Your salespeople have a fixed number of hours to find, research and call prospective clients, and every hour spent on a building with no apparent demand is an hour that could have gone to a better one. The federal staffing filing, the facility register and this week’s job postings are open to anybody, and so is the phone book. What you are buying is the week nobody at your agency has: the reading, the arithmetic, and the short list at the end of it.

1

Nobody on your team has a week to spend reading filings

A salesperson could go and find which facilities buy agency hours. It would take days per state, it would need redoing every quarter, and the job postings would be stale before the spreadsheet was finished. So it does not get done — not at your agency and not at your competitors’.

2

Out of a couple of thousand buildings, you get the ones that fit

Three tests on every licensed facility on your ground: already pays an agency, short of the staff its own residents need, trying to fill it itself right now. The ones that fit all three are the top of your list, and the arithmetic behind each row is shown so you can check it.

3

It is read again every Sunday night, by itself

Nobody asks for a refresh and nobody maintains a list. Monday is a different page because the postings moved and the filings were re-read, and what changed since last week is called out rather than left for you to spot.

4

It is tactical, not a research report

The buildings screaming red are this week’s first calls. Underneath them is the rest of the week: who just started advertising, whose agency share jumped, which buildings sit next to a contract you already hold. So your team has something considered to do Tuesday through Friday rather than whatever they think of.

And you never have to brief anybody. You are not handed a report to interpret and pass on. You tick the buildings you want worked, type one line in your own words, and press one button — the week lands on your reps’ screens with your note at the top of it. That is about four minutes of your Monday, and it is the whole of your involvement in finding the opportunity.

Most Tools Predict Who Might Buy. demandPILOT Shows Who Already Is.

Everything in this category sells the whole country, priced per person, built on who is advertising or on a model of who might move. demandPILOT reads what the buyer itself filed about what it already bought. Here is what each one claims to tell you, and what it costs.

Read the last two rows together. demandPILOT is not a contact database — if what you need is ten thousand email addresses, buy Apollo, it is $595 and it is very good at that. What demandPILOT is for is knowing which buildings are worth the call, and nothing else on this table answers that from the facility’s own filings. A blank means the vendor makes no such claim on its own site; it does not mean we tested it and it failed.

Five out of six short-staffed facilities have no job posted at all. Measured in the Philadelphia market: 330 of 389. A tool built on job postings can see the one in six that is advertising. The federal staffing return shows you all six — including the buildings running nine shifts a day under what their own residents need, quietly, with the agency money already going out the door.
Read the three price rows down, not across. Every other column goes up when you hire; ours does not move. A region costs the same whether three people at your agency use it or thirty, because what we do on our side is carve and re-read the ground, and that does not get harder when you add a recruiter. At five people a whole region is $800 against myScout’s $995, and against a per-seat price the arithmetic turns over around four people and never turns back.

Where those prices come from. Apollo.io Organization is $119 a user and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Advanced about $150, so five seats is $595 and $750. myScout publishes $199 a user — Pro is $995 at five seats, Signature $1,495, and twenty seats is $3,980. Those four publish their rates, and the rows above are simply that rate times the seats. ZoomInfo and Definitive Healthcare publish nothing; ~$2,790 and ~$4,170 are the median contract actually paid, from Vendr’s aggregated contract data read September 2026 (n=1,573 and 33), divided by twelve — which is why there is no twenty-person figure for either. Also in the category: Cognism at about $2,730 (n=94, same source) and Trella Health, which publishes no price. demandPILOT’s range is the whole published card, the quietest region to all nine, at any headcount — a single state is quoted below it. Prices read September 2026; if you are holding a current quote from any of them, send it over and we will check ours against it.

The questions we get asked

What People Ask Us.

?

Can I subscribe to just one state?

Yes, and it is quoted rather than listed, because a state is cut to your own recruiting ground. Tell us where your people are and the number usually comes back the same day, with the facility count and the agency demand behind it.

?

Are there per-user fees?

No. The price is for the ground, not the seats — three people at your agency or thirty, it is the same number, now and after you hire.

?

Do I need an annual contract?

No. It is billed monthly with no prepay and nothing to escape — stop any month and it stops. Setup is $250 once, the cost of cutting your map, and a twelve-month agreement waives it.

?

How quickly can we start?

Days. We already hold the federal filing for all fifty states and 14,487 nursing homes, so setting up your account is collating the data around your own ground rather than going and finding it. The last eleven markets went up in a single afternoon. Wherever your people are, it is same-week. What happens after you sign →

See the Opportunity. Put Your Team on It.

A demonstration market is open to anyone right now — no sign-in, nothing asked. It is the whole product running on the real federal filings, with invented facility names. Look at it, then tell us where your people can staff, anywhere in the country, and yours is on your screen the same week.
