Team Console

Find the opportunity. Understand the opportunity. Act on the opportunity.

The Team Console helps you turn market demand intelligence into a focused, productive sales week. Your manager provides direction through the weekly Flight Plan. You use that plan, explore additional opportunities, and apply Call Prep Intelligence to prepare for more informed conversations with prospective clients. It is not another CRM, and it is not a script. It is a better starting point for your sales efforts.

1

Where your week starts

Start with your weekly Flight Plan

Your manager identifies priority accounts and creates a Flight Plan for the week. That plan automatically becomes available in your Team Console when you next open it — nothing to click, no link to paste.

  • Call today — your highest-priority targets. Start here and give these accounts your first attention.
  • Call this week — additional opportunities worth pursuing as you work through your weekly priorities.
  • Worth a call — other promising accounts to consider as capacity permits.

Your Flight Plan provides structure, not a rigid schedule. Use it to organize your time while applying your own judgment to the conversations and opportunities that develop. Your manager also writes one line at the top, in their own words, saying why these accounts and not other ones.

Before you dial

Understand why an account is on your list

Review the demand signals associated with the facility. demandPILOT may identify active job postings, reported staffing shortfalls, and existing agency utilization. Individually, each signal tells you something. Together, they may reveal a more compelling opportunity.

A facility advertising nursing positions while also reporting staffing challenges, for example, may have a more immediate need for supplemental staffing than its job advertisements alone would suggest.

The objective: understand why a facility may be worth your time, not simply that it is on your list.

Put Call Prep Intelligence to work

Call Prep Intelligence helps you connect demand signals, understand what they may mean, and translate that information into a more relevant sales conversation. It answers four questions.

  • Why this facility? What indicators make it a potential opportunity. The panel heads this section your reason, not your opening line.
  • Why now? What suggests a current or developing staffing need.
  • How should I approach it? What provides a natural conversation starter, in your own words.
  • What should I avoid? What is useful for preparation but counterproductive to say directly — plus the objections you are most likely to hear, and where the conversation usually goes next.

Call Prep can suggest conversation starters and approaches based on the available intelligence. It is not a script. It is intelligence you can put to work. Whether you are new to staffing sales or experienced, the goal is a stronger understanding of the prospect’s potential needs.

4

The call itself

Turn intelligence into a conversation

The information that identifies an opportunity is not necessarily what you should lead with. Published nursing vacancies can provide a natural opening:

“I noticed you’re recruiting for several nursing positions. We work with facilities in your area, and I wanted to see whether supplemental staffing might be helpful while you’re filling those openings.”

Reported staffing shortfalls and agency utilization are valuable preparation, but confronting a prospect with those figures can make the conversation defensive. Use the data to inform your approach, not to challenge how a facility operates. If you want the subject on the table, there is a wider way to put it — “we work with a lot of facilities that are fighting staffing ratios” — which raises it and still leaves them room.

A demand signal indicates potential need, not proof of buying intent.

5

Beyond the plan

Explore the market beyond your Flight Plan

Your manager’s Flight Plan is a starting point, not the limit of your opportunities. Browse facilities and markets, search by facility name or location, and add promising accounts to Targeted this week — your own working list. Manager-selected and team-selected accounts remain distinguishable, so adding your own does not muddy the plan.

6

When you want more than the row

Use market intelligence to sharpen your approach

Individual market pages provide additional information to help you evaluate opportunities and prepare for conversations. Depending on available data, review:

  • Market pay rates — understand local wage conditions and competitive pressures.
  • Recommended bill rates — establish an informed starting point for pricing discussions.
  • Existing client locations — identify opportunities near established relationships.
  • Current staff locations — look for opportunities aligned with your agency’s staffing footprint.

A facility with moderate demand near available staff may be more actionable than a higher-demand facility where your agency has limited coverage. Use the intelligence to make better prospecting decisions, not simply more calls.

7

As you go

Record your activity as you go

As you work through the Flight Plan, update the activity indicators in the Team Console. They help you track your work, show your manager progress, and identify accounts that still need attention.

  • Tried. You dialed and got nobody. The account stays on your list and sinks below what you have not tried yet.
  • Contacted. You reached a person. The account drops off the week so you are not calling it twice.
  • Closed. Not a fit, and you do not want to see it again. It stops coming back.

Continue using your existing CRM for contacts, conversation notes, follow-up commitments, and pipeline management. The distinction: demandPILOT tracks execution of the weekly plan. Your CRM manages the customer relationship.

Friday

Finish the week and prepare for the next

At week’s end, review your activity and download any records you want to preserve. In the current version, Flight Plans and activity indicators reset weekly, so export what you need before the reset. A new week brings refreshed priorities and another opportunity to focus where demand appears strongest.

A few important things to know

You run the conversation

Call Prep provides intelligence and guidance; your judgment and experience determine how you use it.

Signals are indicators, not guarantees

Discovery, relationship building, follow-up, and execution still matter.

Question something that looks wrong

Press the small question mark on the row, or Query the tool in the header of the page. It takes four seconds, it carries the figures the page was showing you, and somebody comes back with the filing it came from.

Your CRM remains your system of record

demandPILOT works alongside your existing sales tools, not instead of them.

Something on a row look wrong?

Say so. Every number on the screen traces back to a published filing, and if one does not hold up we would rather fix it than have you stop trusting the list.
